PRINCIPLES
Animals come first: Our most important promise is to meet the needs of your pet(s).
Integrity: Our clients entrust us with their pets and their homes. If a mistake is made we will do our very best to find an acceptable way to correct the situation.
Honesty: All of our pet guests for each paid service will receive the allotted time and quality of service for each and every session.
POLICIES
Immunizations: All pet owners will be asked to provide proof (a hard copy) of their pet's immunization records. ALL PETS MUST BE CURRENT WITH ALL VACCINATIONS (to include: rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, Lyme). Titer testing is also acceptable. PUPPIES MUST BE 24 WEEKS OF AGE. All animals must be clean and free of fleas and ticks. We require all pet guests to be house broken.
Please note: should your pet arrive and not be house broken there will be a daily up-charge for additional laundry and housekeeping duties performed during their stay.
Payment for Services: Payment is due upon same day departure as per your signed service agreement. We accept personal and or business checks and cash. We charge by the "day" for all pet services. Any portion of a day is considered a full day's charge.
Hours: We do our best to be flexible and work with everyone's schedule. Please understand that our business is in our home and that all arrivals and departures should be timely and reasonable. At the request of our family and friends we have decided not to schedule any client/pet arrivals or departures on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. During "regular" business hours all arrival and departure times are by appointment only.
Miscellaneous Non-Fees: We do not have cancellation fees or up-charges for holiday stays. We do ask that you please be thoughtful of our schedule and for other folks who may need to make reservations with us. We do not charge for pet medication (pill form or injection) administration. We do not charge for our 24 hour on-call Veterinary service. Finally, we do not charge for multiple daily exercise sessions.
